What is the difference between you and a lawn company?

A lawn company cuts your grass every week. We don't. We come in when a property needs real work: beds full of weeds, rock that has gone gray, brush taking over the fence line, a yard that got away from someone. It's usually a one-time job, or once or twice a year.

Who actually shows up to do the work?

Chris Neuman runs the business and works the jobs, usually with a helper. When you call, you're talking to the person who will be on your property.

Do you charge for an estimate?

How far will you travel?

Roughly an hour from Bushnell. That covers The Villages, most of Sumter and Lake County, and parts of Citrus, Hernando, and Orange County. If you're on the edge of that, call and ask.

Who is Neuman’s Property Services?

Neuman’s Property Services is a property cleanup and landscape company based in Bushnell, Florida. It’s a small operation, owner run, working in The Villages and the surrounding Central Florida towns. The work is landscape rock and bed cleanup, mulch and weed barrier, brush and fence line clearing, small tree and shrub work, pressure washing, and storm debris.

What we do

We’re not a mowing service. We’re who you call when the rock beds have gone gray and weedy, the shrubs have grown over the windows, the back corner of the lot has disappeared under brush, or the driveway is streaked green.

The service we get asked about most is landscape rock restoration. Old rock beds usually look bad because the weed barrier underneath gave out, not because the rock is finished. Lifting the rock, cleaning it, laying new fabric, and setting the stone back is often cheaper than buying new rock. Not every bed can be saved that way, and we’ll say so when it can’t.

Why properties here get away from people

Florida grows things fast. Beds that looked sharp two summers ago fade and fill with weeds. A corner of the lot nobody mows turns into brush in one wet season. If you’re older, away half the year, or just busy, it piles up quicker than you can keep up with. That’s most of our calls.

You get a written price before anything starts.
If we hit something we didn’t expect, we call you first.
Brush, limbs, old mulch, and yard waste get hauled off. No pile left behind.
If a job needs a licensed tree service or a bigger outfit, we’ll tell you instead of taking it on.
