A property cleanup is one visit that covers the whole yard instead of one service at a time. Depending on the place that means clearing brush and weeds, trimming shrubs and small trees, raking out leaves and debris, hauling off yard waste and minor junk, and a final tidy. The point is to take a property that has gotten away from someone and make it clean and usable again.

What to know before you book
- Appliances, tires, paint, chemicals, and construction debris have their own disposal rules, so ask before you count on us taking them. Tell us what is out there at the estimate and we will tell you straight what can go with us.
- We do not go inside the house. This is outdoor work only.
- Large or hazardous trees go to a tree service. We handle small trees and shrubs.
- On a bad property we sometimes find things under the growth: broken glass, old fencing, animal burrows, a septic lid. If it changes the job, we stop and call you before doing anything about it.
