Do you work in The Villages?
Yes, we work throughout The Villages. We’re based in Bushnell, about twenty minutes south, and we come out for rock bed cleanup, mulch, shrub trimming, small tree work, bed renovation, and pressure washing. What we do in The Villages
- Landscape Rock Restoration Clean up faded, weedy rock beds and reuse the rock you already have.
- Mulch Installation Fresh mulch spread at the right depth, with mulch glue if you want it.
- Small Tree and Shrub Trimming or Removal Trim, shape, or take out small trees, palms, and overgrown shrubs.
- Pressure Washing Wash the algae and grime off driveways, walkways, lanais, and siding.
- Landscape Bed Renovation Reshape and re-edge tired beds, pull the weeds, and finish them clean.
- Landscape Fabric Installation Heavy-duty weed barrier under your rock or mulch, put in the right way.

The homes here are newer and mostly well maintained, so the calls are specific:
- Decorative rock gone gray, with weeds coming up through failed fabric
- Mulch faded out and thin in the front beds
- Foundation shrubs grown past the windows and over the walkway

- Beds that need bringing up to standard before a community inspection

If your neighborhood has landscaping requirements
Neighborhoods here have different rules about how beds and plantings should look, and those rules change. We do not track them. We are also not going to tell you we guarantee your beds will pass. Here is what we will do. Tell us what your neighborhood asks for and we will build the estimate around it. If you have a letter or a standards sheet, send it with your photos and we will work from that.
If you are away part of the year
A lot of homes here sit empty for months while everything keeps growing. We can look at the property and send you photos. You can agree the price by phone or email. Then we do the work while you are gone. You come back to a place that is squared away instead of a weekend of catching up.
Selling a Villages home
Front beds and a clean driveway do more for your listing photos than almost anything else at that price. If you have a photo date booked, tell us and we will work to it.
